Interior can lighting question on 2010 Cardinal

We have a number of can ceiling lights on our 2010 Cardinal that light in groups for various areas of the rig. The kitchen group is a group of three. I believe that they are all LED lights. Only 2 of ...

I'm sure they all work about the same. I've tried to unscrew, but they just turn w/o anything happening. I do see several springs, but not sure what you mean by "folding them back". Thanks for your help.
