Interior can lighting question on 2010 Cardinal

We have a number of can ceiling lights on our 2010 Cardinal that light in groups for various areas of the rig. The kitchen group is a group of three. I believe that they are all LED lights. Only 2 of ...

Thanks for all of the helpful replies. I was able to get them out w/ your assistance. I'm also checking out the Cardinal RV site for relevant info.

Mine only have two large springs and the lens are actually removable w/o taking down the can. I still pulled down the cans so I could see how those work. It may come in handy in the future. Thanks again.
