Hard to understand what your asking. Seems like a translation issue.
Google rvnet photo posting and follow that link and put up a couple pics.
That said rotten wall = bad.
And I seriously doubt removing the ladder to any upper level bed will compromise the camper itself.

To get really Knowing answers, you need to give really meaningful information. :) Like Make, Model, Year, and all pertinent information about your trailer. Or is it a motorhome? Very tough to offer advice with so little information provided.
