I would go with the Progressive Dynamics unit, at the link provided above.
They are a state of the art unit and as mentioned, will maintain your batteries, not boil the dry or undercharge them.
They cost more than the Chinese junk, but you get what you pay for. A pair of ruined batteries will set you back a lot more than the cost of a good converter.
