I used to pretty much haul ass with my truck camper but noticed that I was always passing up 5th wheelers. What's your recommended interstate speed. Is 75MPH ok? My 3500 Dodge seems to like 65-70 w...

A friend used to haul but every where he went pulling his fifth wheel and we would always do below 65 and just arrive a couple of minutes after him. I asked him why such a rush and if he was scared of causing a blowout because of speed.
He would only laugh about it TILL while pulling at 75mph a tire blew out and took his kitchen out with it. Tire store blamed the blowout on excessive speed and because he did not have camper insurance it hit him for almost 5k in repairs. Now he tows at the same speed as I do. Some people have to learned the hard way I guess!
