We have had new and used travel trailers, fifth wheels and now a toy hauler. They have all been different brands and we had minor issues with all of them, but nothing that was a big deal.
We have a Grand Design Momentum 38' now and it's held up well. We also camp 50+ nights a year and use the heck out of the coach. I've taken it to NC, SC, GA and all over FL, while having two boys banging around in it with their friends. We've had a few small issues covered by warranty just like all the other ones. I'm not trying to sell you on any particular brand, but this one has held up well and the floor plan works for us.
There's a very large RV dealer near us where we've been many times to camp and buy. You'll find every brand of RV in their service bays, everything from inexpensive pop ups to the largest and most expensive diesel pushers. You or someone else will be fixing something regardless of whether you spend $500 or $800k.
Good luck -
