Is an upper tier trailer worth twice as much (price)?

Rode hard...wet muddy kid and dog for example. I don't think my kid will be destructive just a kid being a kid with his friends.. you're right they all break and I'm pretty handy so that part doesn't bother me. Only using new as an example but I'll tell you the used ones in my area don't seem to be any cheaper - guessing a lot of folks are upside down on a 15 yr note and trying to keep their head above water. Plus I believe that like cars and boats you can get better fin rates with new.
