Is it possible to re-mount the tv batwing antenna

So as to move the dead spot to a different location? I'm talking about the small portion of the arc where it isn't possible to point the antenna. When I park the rig at my house the dead spot is preci...

What am I missing here? Once my Winegard "batwing" is cranked up, the antenna can be rotated. I just pull down on the ring around the crank and turn the antenna and release the ring to lock it in place. Sometimes it is necessary to improve the signal. Of coarse, It has to be returned to the original direction to lower it.
