I don't see much difference in these two examples. Both are a little less than level, as judged by the cab steps not sitting parallel with the ground. But it sure isn't much.

I think the huge front wheel wells compared to the dually fenders, make it look like the front is high, when it really isn't. Would be interesting to use a tape measure at the top of the arch on the front wheel well, and see how it changes loaded vs not loaded. If it hikes up when the fiver is loaded, that would be a bad thing. I'll bet it doesn't change height.
