Camper option is extra overload spring, like 350, with sway bar included. Look at max load number on tires, should be 18 or 20 inch. You basically have an F350. Your truck is class 2 limited 10,000 GVWR, and likely 6,100 RAWR. It is the details, that make your truck more capable than the class 2 stickers would indicate. Like Chris mentioned, you may only need air bags, if scaled rear axle, including pin wt of loaded FW, stays under tire max rating.
