- ac5501ExplorerThere are still some Bay View 375LBH 's still out there. 101 inch frame, mid bunk, big outside kitchen. The Bay Views were well built trailers by Lifestyle for 2 years ( 2016-17 ) before Evergreen went under and took Lifestyle with them. We own a 374REBH - no outdoor kitchen - which we chose over a Jayco North Point and Montana mid bunk model. The Northpoint having an outdoor kitchen. Been to 3 RV shows since, and feel we made the right call. Nice rig, and can be had at a very good price.
- IBcarguyExplorerI just bought a new Jayco Eagle HT 30.5MBOK. We love this rig. It's a perfect layout and size for us. The outside kitchen is a really small - has a small refrigerator, slide out stove top, no sink. The mid bunk room with a slider is great. The rear living with double sliders provides lots of room. Most others we looked at with the mid bunk room were 40' which is too big for us.

I think that's about it. I've been looking for a TT with a mid bunk room (cant find any) and stumbled across 3 fivers that do have it. Those Jayco's are the only one I have seen with an outdoor kitchen.
I suspect (hope) this floor plan will get more prevalent in the future. It's great to have both bunks and a rear living area and there's really no reason the bunks have to be in the back.
