I responded to and accepted the offer from the company/person (Torklift is the manufacturer, GlowStep Revolution is the product) who sent the OP the offer to install and critique their newly engineered step. What I found was an organization that has been in business for quite some time initially building steps for slide in campers. They have used their engineering and knowledge learned with slide in camper steps and applied it to trailers.
What I received and installed was a 4 step adjustable step. I removed the factory steps for our 2009 Montana 3485SA. Working alone I was able to complete the installation in about 2 hours. This step is adjustable for rise, thread and fore/aft slope. The fore/aft adjustment is achieved by adjustable feet on the bottom step. There is NO movement of the trailer when entering or leaving.
