I use a pressure treated 4x4 about 5' feet long parallel with the frame centered between the axels and a floor jack i lift the whole side up. The 4x4 spreads the pressure out on the frame so no chance of bending it that allows me to do maintenance on both wheels with one jacking. My 5ver weighs in at 16k when loaded and have done it loaded with no problems.
