If you like them both look at the dealer. A good dealer will make or break a good buying and ownership experience. Hang out in the service waiting room, really, drop by grab a seat and listen for an hour. I learned a lot by doing this.
Look at the warranty, fine print! Jayco offers or offered a 2 year warranty, which sounds good in theory. However Jayco, the largest family own manufacturer just sold out to Thor. Hard to say what the short/long term impact will be. Several recent comments about current Jayco owners haven't been the super reassuring comments but ahrd to say if it the dealer or Jayco. FR has the same type of comments so very hard to judge.
One thing with that floorplan is see which is easier to get in and out of the bathroom when it's turtled up,
