It is pretty easy and not too expensive to change to LED bulbs. We have changed the ones that we use the most for about $20. If you look on the Grand Design owner's forum you will find a post where someone listed the count and model numbers for all the LED bulbs. Bulbs would only cost a hundred bucks or so, shouldn't be a make or break decision.
Our decision was based on floorplan, length, weight, tank capacities and ability to run 16" LT tires. We are very pleased with our choice after about 3000 miles and 50 or so nights.
