Not very much, as Ford and Holden do not contribute all that much to the RV Industry.
The problem is we are buying way more imports than the vehicles produced by Holden and Ford.(66 Models in a country of the size of Australia, makes manufacturing very fragmented, unlike the US we are not part of a Trade block and we have had a high Australian dollar not good for exporting))
What they are doing is trying to get different buyers for the parts industry. Others have seen this coming and have switched.
I may add that Holden Commodore was the 3rd best selling vehicle last month. Holden and Ford Australia have made great sedans better than any US or European Ford/GM product.
Problem we are buying a lot of SUV's and Pickups not sedans.. The Ford Territory is the best selling medium SUV in Australia, unfortunately I cannot say that about there imported US/European products
