There are 150 Caravan makers alone in Australia that is not counting other RV makers(several hundred}. Factor in 5vers are TINY in the market, then those high prices do not surprise. Australia's RV Industry is a bit like the US Automobile industry of the 1920's, some large players and a lot of small ones. Still it is very dynamic and competitive you can get any combination you want from the local builders.
