Seems obvious does it not? Someone must have maybe thought of that before? Yes they certainly did and as a result 5th Wheelers and US 5th Wheelers specifically are now synonymous with a poor quality RV's
As others on this thread have noted that some manufacturers of low price US 5vers make some absolute rubbish..they exported that stuff to Australia in the early days. There was a thread on the Australian Caravanners forum that went I think for 8 pages on the problems of US 5vers, build quality was only one aspect.
Jayco is taking baby steps to try and encourage people back to 5vers rather than Caravans.
