JT Strongarm setup with 45 degree rear stabilizers

Just picked up the JT Strongarm stabilizers for our 5er. The rear stabilizers are set at 45 degrees to the frame. Contacted Lippert for advice, they were no help (just sent me the installation guide I already have). Has anyone done this install in same situation and if so any advice - reposition stabilizers, install angle iron to attach arm to, etc?
  • On the rear of my old Wildcat, I ran a piece of galvanized unistrut from side to side and attached the strongarms to it in a virtually parallel position to the jacks. It worked pretty darn good.
  • I don't think the rear is as important as the front legs on a 5th wheel...with that in mind...due to my configuration... I elected to use existing holes on the frame... which put the rear arms straight back...it works great on my unit.

So, I would suggest whatever is easiest for the rear.
