As already stated, there is not enough head room for a conventional ceiling fan. Even mounting a low profile 12V RV type ceiling fan would be a problem in the bedroom.

Or...how about a small, portable, stand alone, plug in A/C unit for your bedroom. They come in all sizes for cooling 100sq feet and up. No install. When you are done camping, take it home to your stick and brick.
I did exactly that a few years ago. It worked OK in the bedroom of our S&B after dark and I could shut the main A/C off. But it absolutely didn't work in the RV during the daytime. Because while it does exhaust hot air outside thru the duct, it also has to pull in outside air to replace what is exhausted, so when outside temps are hitting 100F, it just cannot cool the incoming air sufficiently to keep the RV comfortable and just adds to the burden on the roof top A/C (which is a closed-loop A/C). BTW, I also looked at a portable unit with both intake and exhaust ducts, but the instructions stated that when intake air temp rises above 85F, the intake duct needed to be closed off, otherwise the unit would overheat.
