Just exploring my 5'th wheel thoughts!

Hi all!
Just bouncing some ideas around in my head & thought I'd throw it out there to get some opinions....

Started with a little class C & moved up to my present class A (Older 30' no slides). Went on lots of trips with my wife & two teenage daughters and had lots of fun around New England, and a few longer trips to Myrtle Beach.
Now it'll mostly be used by the wife and I (maybe the girls will tag along every once in awhile).
Hadn't really used the MH much in the past couple years and went away for a mini 4-day vacay last weekend. Started thinking it would be nice to have something a little newer, a little nicer, and a little more room :) Love MH's but got to thinking about 5'rs.

Our typical use would still be mostly New England summer extended weekends (4-5 day), one or two weeklong vacay, & maybe spring Myrtle Beach / FLA. vacay trip.
Then hopefully retire in 5+ years down the road, leave in the fall, work our way south - MB, some Fla spots, and end up in Key West.
Then return that trip in spring :C

My initial thoughts would be something along the lines of a used mid-size like an Artic fox 29-5k and a F250. (Don't really want a giant rig with a giant dually.)

I've been up&down/in&out learning about MH's for quite a few years & I'm sure 5'rs can be a whole nother ball of wax!

Not trying to start the usual brand wars but anybody want to start throwing me some suggestions/comments on types of decent quality rigs that would be good to look into (along with tow vehicle requirements that could also be 4X4, could plow with, & could be daily driver.)???
Also any pros/cons from anyone moving from MH to 5'r!
THANKS!
