OP'er here. I talked with a friend of my son's who is on the Kansas City police department this morning. He says they have been having a rash of F250 and F350's stolen in the Kansas City northland area. Which is the part of Kansas City north of the Missouri River and the area I live in. He said they have a pretty good track record for recovery of stolen vehicles but I am not holding my breath. Maybe if I would have had a Dodge or Chevy it would still be in the driveway!! LOL
I have been doing research on replacement trucks, WOW!!! People are sure proud of them. Still to early to look at trucks but I was curious.
Oh and today is the wife and I's 39th wedding anniversary. Happy Anniversay Honey!!!!
Sorry about your loss, in Canada the top ten most stolen vehicles are mostly F250 and F350s with 7 of the top ten being the Ford(2003 to 2007 4WD) trucks. Thieves, find them to be the easiest to steal. Here's hoping your insurance company isn't the next thief!
