It looks like it sat outside with no ladder on the front. Unless someone filled the holes up with silicon, there is water under your front cap.
Hard to tell from the pix, but if there is any waviness or "bubble" looking areas, that is rotten wood underneath there.
Look around carefully on the inside, if there are any brown streaks, or soft spots, water has gotten inside.

If in California, probably worth the trip and money to take it to Jim Goodwin. VIP RV Service. Menifee CA. You can google his website.
Used to build Warriors for a living. Knows them inside and out.
