No, but I bought my trailer brand new and it has been under covered parking since day 1 of me bringing it home.
I also check and reseal anything 2X per year, roof, sides etc. I am very anal about that stuff.
I run my genny, under load, 30 min per month when I am not using it.
I do wheel bearings/seals and grease the suspension every year.
Genny oil/filter and air filter gets changed out every year.
