I'm considering marine ply for the floor replacement (it's about 2'x3' in the under bed storage and about 6ft of wall).
I thought my rot stopped about a foot before the Windows. But after ripping it out it went well to the window.
If you have a 2x3 area that's soft, expect to replace about 4x6 area.
