Keeping a log

I use a Filemaker Pro data base file of my own design. I log just about everything that has to do with a trip we're taking. Track all expenses, miles towing and miles NON towing, gas purchases, meals and camping information about where, how much and what we liked and disliked about it. If I make repairs of any kind this is also logged in the data base. I like the data base solution because everything is searchable without doing page finds etc.
