The couple of things I wish I had are automatic levelers and auto dump valves. As I'm headed towards senior citizen status, I find it harder and harder to get down to pull pins and levers. It's even worse trying to get back up.
Our floorplan is very good for entertaining and comfort. The in house Washer & Dryer is very convenient to have.
