Keystone Alpine staples poping up.

I just had a interesting conservation with Customer care rep at Keystone.
My complaint is after a 2200 mile trip I was on roof washing dirt & bugs off when I noticed staples pushing up on the rubber.
The junction of the walls and roof has a flexible piece of plastic that is stapled to the unit. while travailing they work lose and push up on rubber.
The only fix is to push them down. If they break through the rubber roof they will fix than. Sounds like they should fix the problem in production.

    What was the fix? I have a Montana Big Sky and I have the same issue. I have 7 to 10 places on roof where there are staples pushing up on the rubber roof. I can push back down and I am worry the staples may punch through the rubber and be a leaking issue. It all goes down hill form there. My 1 yr warranty was up Nov 2013 and I am working with my dealer to see if they will fix. drurytr@outlook.com

    2012 - 3600 RS. It would seem if an aggressive thread type screw would hold down better with an adhesive added.
    I have also added a piece of pipe insulation on the antenna because it seems to rub while traveling.

    what year/model of Alpine is this? am having my roof repaired (thanks low trees), so I might get this looked at, at the same time.
