The ladder seems to be pretty shoddy. Paneling problems should have also been repaired before the unit left the factory.
I do understand your feelings. Too bad quality control is lacking at the factory.
I think posting problems on here for all to read is a great start for a movement for better quality.
As far as "whining?" I understand the feeling of paying $$$ and only receiving $ worth, because nobody cares.
