The veneer peeling was discovered when the campe was close to the end of the 12 month, so called bumper to bumper warranty. I ended up scraping the loose veneer off and stained the edge with wood stain. The exterior decals are what's bothering me. I will gladly try anything to clean them but I don't want to use something too strong and take the color off.
As far as customer service, I argued with my dealer on why I should call them. I explained that if I had a problem with my ford truck, I talk to the dealership and not Detroit. The manager at the dealership informed me that Keystone always denies warranty claims and that I might get a different answer if I called them directly. The dealership is the one that gave me there number which is 1(866) 425-4369 if you need it.
