While I feel your pain. Stained decals and peeling veneer are small potatoes in the grand scheme of things.
If your dealer is pawning you off they are obviously not on your side.
I imagine getting someone's attention will be an uphill battle.
I have a peeling decal my plan is to simply remove it. Good Luck.
