I suppose when people make monthly payments on a NEW rv they should not expect to have a unit that is not a piece of junk??? It is un-sat to have to deal with bad quality in the year 2016.... Maybe if the Japanese started making RV's or another country imported RV's with better quality, the manufacturer's would have to actually take their time and have quality assurance reps on site. I worked as a Q/A rep for many years in the Navy and it does make a difference. It holds people accountable for bad workmanship.
