To OLD GUY - you complained about FR - do you know how many brands FR makes? How about IDing which brand you were unhappy with. Maybe that is the division you should be complaining about.
For what the Cedar Creek division of FR has done for my 2009 this summer, has made me looking into buying another.

The sad part is when someone has a issue people on the forum get very defensive of their brand.
Have to agree that different division of the same company can respond differently.
