It is truly amazing what some people will accept in the form of quality. You pay your hard earned money for the best that you can afford and you expect it to be at least an acceptable product. When it turns out not to be what is promised, you need to bring it to the attention of the dealer as well as the factory that built it. Those of us who can accept less than what we have paid for let them get away with ****. The more that is not reported to the dealer or factory allows them to think they can get away with it and nothing changes. Accountability is the key that the buyers and consumers need to make all of the dealers and factories live up to. By complaining, writing letters, going to the better business bureau, returning the units, and even a lawsuit needs to be done to get their attention. Sitting there and accepting that is is not a Rolls Royce only hurts all of us.
