I think this is my first post. Whippee..
What can we state about those decals factually based on current evidence?
1. Something clearly dripped off the roof.
2. The evidence suggests we can see staining on the fiberglass as well correct?
It appears a chemical dripped off your roof (note I did not say you applied said chemical). Your claim is unfounded unfortunately.
Try a MEDIUM polishing compound. Will remove a small layer of the original material but will likely reduce the appearance of this stain drastically. You cant get this at an auto parts store usually. Order a bottle from Amazon (3m is a great brand).
Do not use chemicals.
Id be more concerned about the veener and why it happened and why its not being fixed under warranty.
the Ladder.. come on.. just dont look, it aint that bad. If need be Im sure the would sell you the right side piece. Should be able to disassemble.
It is a lot of money you paid.. which is why I would never ever buy a new camper.. buy a 2 yr old one with all the kinks worked out and save the depreciation hit next time.
Good luck and be safe.
Fact of the matter is this guy bought a new camper because he obviously had the resources too and apparently wanted it. To accept the quality in the pictures he posted is just plain ridiculous. People who are ok with it just compounds the problems with quality in the RV manufacturing industry as a whole. Good luck OP in getting your problems worked out with Keystone! Hold em to the fire and don't let people's remarks like the above discourage you.
