Good luck and be safe.
Fact of the matter is this guy bought a new camper because he obviously had the resources too and apparently wanted it. To accept the quality in the pictures he posted is just plain ridiculous. People who are ok with it just compounds the problems with quality in the RV manufacturing industry as a whole. Good luck OP in getting your problems worked out with Keystone! Hold em to the fire and don't let people's remarks like the above discourage you.
That was my advice. I learned a looong time ago. If you cant handle the advice on a forum do not ask for it.. just suffer in silence.
That being said, the OP should buy a 2 yr old camper next time as all issues will be addressed. Its good sound advise and I dont care if he didnt ask for that advice.. whooppiieee
Also, it looks like he has notta to complain about.. Im guessing based on the chemical spill that the OP had something to do with the veneer as well. But all he has to do is show us some more photos. He seems very quiet about the veneer.. almost too quiet..
Just so you know I think all these camper manufactures are the mafia.. just like hvac people.. so dont think Im on their side.. I just see what I see.
For what he paid for that trailer the ladder is kinda silly to not cover under warranty.. albeit the complain is silly.
