As far as the ladder and the heating pad goes, YOU bought the trailer, and those things were there then. The small heating pad might not be a great design, but unless you are saying you somehow got the wrong component, it is what it is.
Black streaks? Who doesn't have black streaks. And they are often worse on one side than the other. Keystone cannot control what rains on your trailer and drips down the side, so why would they warrant that?
The wood veneer is the only thing I see that could be described as a warranty item. And that appears to be an iron on veneer, and not real wood. Cheap? Yes, but YOU bought the trailer. That looks like something that would happen under direct sun, but from here I can't say what caused it. Regardless, this MIGHT be your only legitimate warranty issue. Easy to fix on your own too.
Based on your whining about the design issues, they probably have already written you off as impossible to please. Here is a hint - design issues are rarely warranty issues, unless safety or usability are involved.
