The veneer is a legit complaint. Pretty easy to fix on your own. Techinically you shouldn't have to do that and I'm sure if you brought the unit in they'd fix it.
The ladder is pretty petty.
The black streaks are as well. Every unit has those and if you don't clean them off they will set, especially if it sits in the sun.
So overall I'd rate your rant a D-. I think there is more to the story than meets the eye. I'm pretty sure if you brought the trailer in they'd fix the peeling veneer and the rest is either inconsequential or a maintenance issue which isn't covered.
My guess is you're demanding they fix all of it and they have said they wouldn't but if you bring it in they would take care of the veneer.
Regardless I don't see any reason to go nuclear on the manufacturer for what you've posted.
Actually that ladder mount is the worst problem.
The way that bracket is angled like that it is going to put an uneven pressure on the fiberglass. You can count on a future crack to develop, not to mention water will start leaking in since it isn't tight and flat against the surface.
OP, how much was the extra charge to get a fiberglass rear cap?
They ruined it by not mounting that bracket properly.
