RV in a small floor plan from New Horizon, Continental and Spacecraft mfg built one at a time. Custom builds are expensive and most people don't want to spend that kind of money, including me.
Custom builds you get to pick everything you want in it including length.
My point being, why can't the Redwoods, Mobile Suites, etc., that =are= more mass-produced, with less customization, also build smaller RVs, as opposed to the mfrs that make the full-custom rigs?

Custom builders have the unit sold before they build it so they don't have to worry about RV'S that sit in inventory.
