Almost all of the newer model Everest's have the washer-dryer in the bedroom. Add a forward A/C to that and the pin/hitch weight will rise considerable. It's one of the main reasons we went with the 15K A/C option other than two 13.5K units. On our older model the washer-dryer is on the main floor level just forward of the axles - see pix below.
