Well, we did it. We saw the unit today and after climbing, crawling and every way in between we pulled the trigger. It is the 07 we went to see in Georgia. It was lightly used and in nice shape. The dealer will be putting on a hitch for our bike rack and replacing the awning fabric. It does not have a washer-dryer which is fine with us.
They'll make sure every system works, pull the bearings and lube and detail it. They are offering an extended warranty but I don't know about that. Price was 19,960 plus our 22 year-old Avion. All the numbers seemed to work. Wish us luck!
