On the same note, we are all pretty much in agreement that there is no quality control in the RV business. The people that work on the roof, especially, seem to know that nobody will be checking their work.
I agree on all points. I wouldn't trust that patch for more than about 3-6 months. If it were me, I'd document all discussions with both Keystone and you dealer, then lay some Eternabond patches down on top of the existing patch.
The good news is that adding an additional patch should be simple and only take about 45 minutes, assuming you can easily get up on your roof.
