Camper will be 2 years old in August so out of warranty period although it is obvious this is a factory defect and should be repaired by the factory with a new roof.
I am not familiar with the type of "pan" you have on that AC but all that I have seen have a foam cushion and are held down by bolts through the roof and no lip such as yours. If that is your AC that would explain why the roof is cut because of the bouncing that would occur going down the road.
It is also obvious that the dealer has no idea how to repair and would never see my camper again. Looks like no screws were used during installation. I would check carefully for damage to the wood, clean the Dicor off, attach with screws, cover with Eternabond and lay a bead of self-leveling Dicor along the seams.
