On the same note, we are all pretty much in agreement that there is no quality control in the RV business. The people that work on the roof, especially, seem to know that nobody will be checking their work.
azdryheat, they didn't even offer to show me the repair. I went up on my own, they were like "here's paper work so you can get going". I told them "THAT REPAIR IS C**P". Then we had a nice LITTLE discussion in the office that went nowhere.
.........There is only , one more step that will get their attention , because it could Cost them $$$ when they lose the case ! , jf
