So, did you follow the dealers advise and clean the lube off? If you did and it's sill reacting the same, then maybe a trip back to the dealer for warranty work is in order. They make a spray lubricant for the rubber seals around your slide-outs, and a different one for the metal moving parts. I suggest using a product that is designed for the purpose needed.
