Ford Truck Guy provided you with really good info.
Better then what you got from Dealer and/or LIPPERT which should have informed Dealer of the 'Fix' ----sheesh
Good grief....BOTH should have that info already since it is a 'known issue'

Print out copy of that tech bulletin LIP Sheet 0295
Then give it to Dealer Service Manager and tell them to FIX the known issue as per the Lippert Tech Sheet
