We are on our 2nd KZ product and have been to their factory some 12 years ago. No issues and they seem to be a very engaged group.
Regarding your questions,
1. No experience.
2. It has been very good with almost no warranty issues.
3. Two or three at the most. I used to hang them back there but moved to a FMR so I can see them.
