My KZ has the water tank and pump under the bed - check under your mattress, see if there's a storage bay under there.
It's not likely your pump that is frozen, but a delivery line ... on my KZ, I have found two places they decided to run the delivery lines into the underbelly, which is enclosed but not heated - could be same for you.
Turn up your gas heat and/or plug in some electric heaters, open the cabinet doors, try to thaw things out - it could take most of a day depending on how cold it is outside.
