Labor Day

I hate to camp on the holidays. Too crowded, too many drunks, too much noise, too many screaming kids.

Next to my stocked refrigerator under the awning. I need to get rid of leftovers.

Our state CG's are always 90+% full so holidays are really no different crowd-wise.
We will be at our favorite CG, Wenatchee Confluence state park.

We have a group of 4 couples going to Mark Twain Cave Campground. Very nice area. Lots to do and the Steampunk festival in Hannibal that weekend is a hoot!

I'm co-chair of the Victoria Classic Boat Festival this year. So the only place I'll be going is nuts. The day after, Sept 5, climbing into the RV and heading up Island for a month.

heading to Pine valley UT the day after Labor day.

Cave City, KY for that week to do Mammoth Cave and ride the area. We'll stay in camp over the LD weekend and tour when the weekenders leave. Fulltiming and retirement lets us do that.??

Hoodsport, Copalis, Sequim, Concrete and Marysville for the entire week.

When in Concrete do you stay at Rasar State park or the KOA? We stay there at least once a year. Super nice park.

We stay at the KOA outside of Concrete. To get from Sequim, we catch the ferry from Port Townsend to Whidbey Island. Port Townsend was booked due to their wooden boat festival around this time. Normally we stay in La Push for a night when doing this loop in November, but they charge too much during the peak season and require two night stays.
