Well that wasn't a fun job at all. Pulled the generator and door, only to find out that the enclosure still isn't removable. While the generator is dealer installed, the enclosure is factory installed, therefore mounted BEHIND the diamond plate metal on the front. Did some other maintenance while it was out.
Ended up having to cut the plate behind the propane cylinder. Will need to replace it. Going to screw the new onto the supports instead of welding it, just in case I ever have to remove it again.
And as a note to everyone else, don't run the gear up until they click. The gear in the curb side leg were really chewed up.
I ended up using a Venture Mfg single motor system. I wanted to stay with the single motor because I have a remote control system that will only run one motor.
